About the Butt Shack

Our goal is to meet everyone’s expectations with offering the best of both worlds.

All our meats are rubbed in our secret blend of spices, and smoked low and slow for several hours.  We serve them with our special homemade BBQ sauce on the side, so that you may choose your favorite one.

We offer everything from Smoked Meats, Hand Pattied Burger, Fried Chicken and Fish, Hand Pounded Pork Tenderloins, Tacos (on Thursdays) and Pastas. These pastas are one of a kind. Tony spends a lot of time making his sauces from scratch. We offer Homemade Alfredo Sauce and Marinara Sauce.

Catering for a Cause

Tony & Heather had the chance to work with our local Cops 4 Cancer in 2017. As cancer is such a big part of so many peoples lives, it touches home for Tony and Heather. They lost Tony's mom to cancer 11 years ago and fought a battle with Heather's mother 3 years ago. When Betty (the coordinator of Cops 4 Cancer) reached out to us, we where happy to help. This was one of the more rewarding events we have had the chance to do. Being a part of such a great event was very rewarding for us as a couple and a company.

New and Only Location

Tony & Heather have made a move!!! The Butt Shack now has its permanent home in Hollowayville, IL. They opened this NEW location November 10th, 2020. They are making it home a little bit at a time, with a patio to be added in the spring. Come visit this new location that offers a full service bar and 2 dinning rooms.
